My visit to Tasty Foods Restaurant in Pariyaram, Kerala, with my two friends was a delightful experience. Located on our way to Valparai, this unassuming restaurant offered us a memorable meal that we won't soon forget.
The ambiance of the restaurant was simple and cozy, with a rustic charm that made us feel right at home. The staff greeted us warmly and promptly ushered us to our table. We opted for the traditional Kerala meal, which is a must-try in this region. The meal included rice served with a variety of delectable side dishes.
The highlight of our meal was the fish fry and beef fry. The fish was fresh, perfectly marinated, and fried to a crispy, golden perfection. Each bite was a burst of flavors, a delightful fusion of spices, and the natural taste of the fish. The beef fry was equally impressive, tender, and well-seasoned, with just the right amount of spiciness.
The side dishes, including sambar, rasam, and various vegetable curries, complemented the meal beautifully. The flavors were authentic and showcased the rich culinary heritage of Kerala. We also relished the pappadams and banana chips that added a satisfying crunch to our meal.
To accompany our feast, we ordered traditional buttermilk, which was a refreshing and cooling contrast to the spicy dishes. The meal ended with a delightful serving of payasam, a traditional Kerala dessert that left us with a sweet note to remember.
The service at Tasty Foods Restaurant was impeccable. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The prices were reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of food we enjoyed.
In conclusion, our visit to Tasty Foods Restaurant was a culinary journey through the flavors of Kerala. The fish fry and beef fry were exceptional, and the overall dining experience was outstanding. If you find yourself in Pariyaram on your way to Valparai, I highly recommend stopping by Tasty Foods Restaurant for a taste of authentic Kerala cuisine that will leave your taste buds delighted and your stomach content.
